Homeowners in Alexandria and the Alexandria area look for help every season. Ants and roaches in the humid months, mice and rats as the weather cools, and termites whenever a spring swarm shows up. Integrationbasic Pest Control is a referral service that connects those homeowners with independent providers. If you run a local pest or wildlife business and want more homeowner calls, we would like to hear from you.

These are not jobs with Integrationbasic Pest Control. You stay an independent business, run your own schedule and set your own prices.

Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in independent contractors who work in the region and offer one or more of these services:

• General residential pest control, including bed bug treatment
• Termite inspection and treatment
• Rodent and wildlife removal and exclusion

You might be a one-truck operation or a larger company. What matters is that you do good work and treat homeowners well.

What We Expect

Providers in our network agree to a few basics:

• Hold every license and permit Virginia requires for your work
• Carry the insurance that your trade and state call for
• Give clear, written quotes before starting
• Explain the problem and your plan in plain language
• Respond politely to homeowners who reach out, and tell them honestly when you cannot take a job
• Make no promises you cannot keep about results or timing

We pay attention to feedback from homeowners. A provider who regularly leaves people confused or unhappy may be removed from the network.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@integrationbasic.garden. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Your license details
• A way to reach you, such as a business phone number

We will review your note and reply with the next steps. Not every applicant will be a fit for every area, since we match providers to the places where homeowners need them.
